We believe it is critical to do our part to help reduce the transmission of COVID-19. Here are some of the steps we are taking to protect our employees and customers in this ever-evolving situation.
YOUR VEHICLE – We are limiting the number of employees driving customer cars and following “clean hands” guidelines. We are disinfecting high touch areas on each vehicle (steering wheel, shift lever, door handles, etc.) before delivering the vehicle back to the customer.
CLEANING – We have increased our daily cleaning routines, including more frequent hand-washing, use of sanitizer, and cleaning of equipment, especially in high touch point areas.
KEY DROP BOX – Customer can avoid any contact by using our key-drop service 24/7 by filling out an envelope and dropping the keys through the drop slot. We will give you a call to discuss your service.
PAY BY PHONE – We have the option to process your payment by phone to minimize interaction.
